closed deck block chequered pattern?
When I bought my Type R, the seller said it had a closed dec block engine (from an RA, I assume).
Having done a search on Scoobynet, I understand these can be identified by a chequered pattern on the underneath of the engine, near the oil filter. Can anyone describe this further, or even better, have a picture of what to look for???
