Theres a bloke not to far from me, who has a 360 Modena, I dont know if he lives there or he visits, but its there on most days.

Going back to the original question.

I assume the 20bhp mod is a magic resistor that will not only give you increased bhp but also make your **** longer.

Simple answer will be you will have 320bhp for about a day, then you will have 0bhp when the engine blows up.
