What is the best exhaust system to put on 1994 wrx. There are so many out there some help would be very appreciated

 

Hi mate,i was running a magnex on mine but it was way too quiet so ive swapped to an afterburner vortex and now the flat-4 sound is just spot on and its not too bad on motorways.

Got my de-cat pipe to go on soon

Have choosing mate!!!!

What sort of hp would you gain from the vortex. I've heard a rumour the blitz nur spec r frees up 20hp just for a cat back.

I'm also hunting for my 94 wrx

 

I thought you wanted to get a WR1 or a Spec C?

 

Alrite mate, iv got a blitz nur spec, centre and back box on my M/Y94 wrx

and i wouldnt recomend anything else! You can feel the diferance mid range

in 3rd and 4th and the sound is amazin!

 

I had a blitz but it was just loud,didnt feel any quicker than when i was using a hayward and scott.Ive heard the revolution is very good for releasing power albeit very quiet but is track friendly

I had a Blitz Nur Spec R with a HKS downpipe on my old 93WRX and it certainly made a difference but it was VERY VERY loud, as in, you could hear it from 3 miles away..... you will never get away with it on track and you become a Rozzer magnet!!

On my P1 I have the Full revolution system, it has a nice sound to it, it's quiet on the inside loud enough on the outside and when you plant your foot is screams and howls like any othe exhaust..... Nice combo I feel!!!

I can't comment on The performance gains because I never drove a P1 standard.
