I have a 95 WRX JDM and am going to remove the door cards in the morning to access the speakers and check sizes and measure depth available for replacements. Unlike my old MY98 car, the MY95 door cards seem to be conveniently split into two parts, with the bottom part looking as though it SHOULD come away easily without having to disturb the upper part housing the electric window buttons, etc.

Is my assumption correct? Can I just tug away (fnarr, fnarr) and get at the speakers?
