Had similar on my old Type R Civic, with the halo in white. Look very nice at night when just the halo is on.

Quote 'P1 style Fog Lamp Covers and Angel Eye Fog Lamps' .........
'high powered Halogen Driving lamps with stylish LED angel eye light ring'

are they fog lights or driving lights?? The people selling them don't seem too sure :duh:

Total waste of time for me as i am not a 'fog light bandit' who thinks driving around with them on, whatever the weather, gives the car an extra 20 horse power , especially in the dark with side lights and no dipped headlights.

Actually I had mine setup so that I could have just the halo on. Looked very nice and in no way could it alter anyones vision, as they are very low wattage, and in no way bright. More of an 'accent' light.
