Running Red Light

If you get caught on a camera running a red light @ 27mph what should you expect and what offence code do the points come under?

3 points £60 AFAIK. Not sure about the code. At 27mph the individual would not be able to claim that they simply overshot the stop line but did -in point of fact- stop for the signal.
