Default 2.5 sti short motor, or something else??

I'm thinking about buying one of these short motors for my 1995 UK scoob.

I want to get around 360 - 370bhp at the fly wheel, but what do i need to buy in order to do this?

I believe i can use everything on the standard UK engine. (heads, turbo, etc.) and just bolt that to the short motor.

I'd also be looking at buying these things as a must for my own peice of mind.
Uprated oil pump
Buffled sump
Uprated Clutch

(out of interest can you just swap the blocks and drive away, plug and play with no real increase in power?.. or does it need mapped for the engine to even run?)
