The 159mph pc is still not out of the woods yet. CPS are appealing. Oh dear

What a waste of public money, the law protects the officer from prosecution for speeding, ok he is not protected from DD but its certain that he will be not guilty again as if he was found guilty all police drivers would also be guilty as they do the exact same thing in training every day.

What a complete waste of publc funds and time.
This happened two years ago and the officer in question has had to function with it hanging over him for all this time. Totally unsatisfactory.
How can he respond to emergencies or chases without being aware of the capabilities of his vehicle.
