I own a 97 type ra sti, a couple of weeks ago the big end went,so we got in touch with the clinic,we decied to have a 2.5 convertion fitted has anyone had one fitted, ours will be running nurspek full decat, wrapped headers an up-pipe, but standard turbo for now, as anyone got a rough torque figure for this type of rebuild..... yes we do know we need a bigger turbo and injectors these will come in the near future.

 

HAVE YOU HAD THE BOTTOM END UPRATED,IF YOU HAVE NOT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE BOOST PAST 1.3bar,ANY HIGER YOU WILL RISK MELTING YOU PISTONS,

 

IT is an sti bottom end so should be strong enough.
