Default Power options after PPP

Hey people

Been toying with the idea of tweaking my MY03 STi, i bought it with PPP on. Ive seen numerous posts about the TSL333 but if I go that route after the PPP I've been told the cost effective way(ie not taking all there bits as PPP has some upgraded bits already) will only give 320bhp, still seems a little expensive for 14bhp more.

Just interested to hear from people to see what they have done, is the TSL333 worth it after PPP?

Thanks in advance

You would be very surprised at what you can gain, with small modifications that are matched and actually work. As they say, some do what they say on the packet and some don't. Testing of various products and theories takes time and money, not many take that time to build this knowledge.

In all honesty the newage tuning scene (as regards to PPP equivalents etc) is very thin on the ground in my opinion, as regards to proven ways forward.

I have spent over 5 months testing various big name branded products, along with new developments etc etc. You'd be very surprised what results you ACTUALLY find out after sifting through the claims.

I will be looking to release my findings in a new Article section (soon to be launched).... perhaps this may help, what I feel is one of the most commonest subject matter on ScoobyNet. Ok... it wont answer all questions, but it will certainly aid what I feel is a big information void regarding these models.

Of course, alternatively you could always contact any of our Authorised Advertisers who I am sure will provide you with food for thought in your quest.

Regards,
Shaun.

Have you looked at WRC ?

They do a package specifically designed to build on PPP cars to give 350bhp

Probably not, but I've been in an Evo VII with Nitrous and that was truly terrifyingly quick. Definately the best bang for your buck.

Unfortunately your engine is also likely to go bang shortly afterwards which will pretty much negate the few weeks you have spent having an awesome time having one of the fastest cars on the road.
