Default Running out of WRX Impreza's

For all those debating taking the plunge on a new car you might like to know that Subaru now have no SL's left and limited colours in the saloon. (I was told there's none in the network and none planned for production)

I believe that they still have a few 5 door SL's left.

I've just got a great price on a 4 door but I think they are going to ease off the discounting now supply is getting short and the new model isn't quite here...

I'm sorry but I don't know about the STI's....

The free PPP offer has possibly been just that little bit too effective

My dealer struggled to get me a WR blue WRX a month ago but managed to source me one but he was struggling.

Or they would NOT be discounting like mad, Free PPP and Free Servicing and Top Part Ex offers!!

Its all hype to get everyone rushing!!

I'll await the hatchback version!!

Local dealer wouldn't drop the price of a new 5 door SL for me Didn't give a very good part ex price for my car either... (a 6 grand loss in 5 months on a '53 plate is a bit much if you ask me)

Where are these dealers offering these amazing deals?

Don;t go local, go the net. My 5 door SL was had for pretty much £2k off the asking price, without any PPP or free servicing as it was ordered before they even had them in the country, so there are deals to be had. Mine was ordered froma dealer some 160 miles away and delivered to my home on the back of a truck so no delivery miles and personal service. Made me happy... Dealer turned into a muppet after the sale but that's life.

Pete,

Hate to say it but there aren't plenty about - if you go into a dealer today and try to buy an SL then you'll get told that you can't buy one - I've been there and tried that (and not just in 1 dealer!)

On the WRX they are discounting like mad with the free PPP (My dealer gave me more off the car in lieu of the free servicing). I think they'll be slowly backing off the offers as the level of cars left versus introduction of the new model reaches a point where they think they will run out before the new model arrives. Given that colours are becoming limited in the WRX I was hypothosising that that point in time might not be too far away...

And I figured that I can always get one now and change it in '07 for a hatchback as well
