Question Towbars on a classic with PPP

As above - are there any issues? i.e. with the silencer box or because of the lower suspension.

Many thanks,

Roy

I have one with a wagon...

no probs, it bolts on after the rear suspension, on the body rails
and sits above the back box

Ah! That was my main concern!

Anyone else have a towbar and PPP on a classic?

Roy.

Thumbs up

I have the Witter SU15A towbar, and I have tried sevearl back boxes with it. The Scoobysport original 3.5" round exit and Magnex 6*4 oval just about touched the bottom of the towbar causing vibrations. I've modified the rear hanging rubbers to make them a bit longer, no troubles at all now.

Cheers Bruce,

Did you have to raise the tow ball because of the lower ride height?

Hi Bruce,

Roy.
