We want to replace the speakers in the front with some pioneers or Alpines, anyone know what will fit in there is it 5.25 or 6 - 6.5"??

Cheers,

Cheers mate....looking at some Pioneer TS-E136C's here and they are coming up at 155mm which is just a touch over 6"....thing is the only other ones in the range they do are 179mm....

Do you think the 155mm will fit as only 5mm over 6"??

Dan.

They would probably fit but you will have to check how deep they go, as they may touch the window or the door if they are too deep.

not off the the top my head but if they are too deep, what you can do is make a spacer using some wood and that will solve the problem.
