Default Is it worth keeping up with a FSSH?

Hey up,
Im new to the scooby scene and website. I own a UK MY00 and Im loving it!
However I just wanted to get an idea on what peoples views are on here about keeping the full subaru service history? I was considering servicing it at a local garage that deal with mostly performance cars.
I would love to keep the subaru history up but it can cost be costly and I know it would be much cheaper for me to service it elsewhere.
My other thought is that the car is now getting on a bit so would I get anymore for my car when it comes to selling it with a FSSH rather than just FSH?
Rgds,
H

As long as you keep a full service, either with a speciallist or dealer, thats what counts, receipts etc are even better for a potential buyer if you decide to sell

As above. You must keep up with the servicing and it must be done properly. I'd recommend that you take it to a Subaru specialist over a dealer.

A specialist may be more valued by a enthusiast when you come to sell the car, as the service and quality of work is often better. It's also a much nicer experience if you find a good one, too! Whereabouts are you and the board can recomend some.

I wanted to do this originally but if I were to sell the car on, all I would have is receipts for the parts I've bought.

I've just stuck to specialist servicing. Its gets a minor in March and a major in August.

Cheers all for the replies. I think I will take it to a specialist in that case

NS 04 Im in Manchester so I was I was thinking of taking it to Prosport in stockport. I ve heard good things about them. Any other garages that are worth considering?

I use Prosport, i cannot find a better place to take any car to be serviced (they do both my cars ), and the good thing is, that you also get a subaru stamp in your book as they are an authorised subaru UK service centre
