Depends who you're with. Expect at least 10% I'd imagine.

Yes, you MUST tell them. If you don't and they find out, your policy will be void. Some will maintain that they'll never find out, but can you afford to take the risk?

Compare the engine map of the car involved in the accident to a std map?

Of course, they might not go to these lengths, but can you afford to risk it?

Personally, I'd imagine that insurance companies will more often than not be fairly comprehensive in their assessment of high performance cars.
