Model Year 2001 and Model Year 2002; manufactured between (I think); September 2000 and September 2002. I say September; for some Model Years production started as late as November.

In answer to your second question; it wont have been manufactured in 2003, but it might have not been sold and registered until then. If its a JDM car then look at the base of the seatbelts; they have to have a manufacturing date on them.
