quick question.. ebay...
so; I found a decent spoiler (V5) for very reasonable money..
(unpainted)
also found a P1 splitter for reasonble money... again unpainted.
questions are:
how much to get the spoiler and splitter sprayed?
(never had ANY interaction with a bodyshop)
traders are FastCarz online and Abu-Bakr
pretty sure one of the traders is 2bad who was on here a while back pimping his website etc.. ???
(absolutely NO affailiation with them from my POV just before I get accused of blagging free advertising!)
also- would the quality of the unpainted parts (from seperate suppliers) be ANY good?
seems to be almost TOO cheap to be decent IYSWIM..

I bought a STI5 rear spoiler on ebay for ~£140 from FastCarz, very pleased, though 1 screw hole is slighly out and will need a bit of drilling.
I bough an STI splitter from Abu-Bakr. Picked it up from his workshop in Bradford, to save postage. Bit miffed when I got there that they didn't have 1 ready, but they found a slighly damaged one ang gave me a discount. Not bad item, but once fitted with the supplied brackets, it needs a bit of work to close the gap.
I sprayed both byself, having seen quotes for spraying of £200 and £100. Trouble is I didn't know you had to use differnt paint for fibreglass, so it's ended up quite rough. Will have to do for now though.
Let me know if you want any more info on them - I can send you a picture showing the splitter
