Number plates on my windscreen
#1
Have had a brainwave when i saw my car in the show room it had no numberplate and it looked sooo cool!!!
with the number plate you cant see the radiator bit behind and it looks pants!
Questions
1) Is it legal to move the number plate to behind the mirror at the top of the windscreen, like a banner going across!
2) Where do i find thae legal stuff on charicter sizes and stuff re numberplates!
(looked on DVLA website and cant find anything)
3) Where can i get the banner thing made up? I was thinking of the one like PTMW's!!
4) Do you think it will look pony??
5) Am I Mad
Thanks in advance for you kind help

I made it! One sunstrip (trucker size) & lots of little letters. It was one of those ones you have to put on with soapy water & patience (lots of patience) as there is a sticky side to them, to which had to be stuck self-adhesive letters. It didn't stand up to very close inspection (lots of bubbles) but did the job. If you do do it, the scooby screen is very akward as it pulls in in the corners (like a receding hair-do).
Stef has a mate that does things like that I believe, so you might ask him.
