Default ECU Readers

Guys,

What options have I got for some device to check how my STI (MY02 UK) is behaving & being able to reset the ECU.
Don't want one of those SECS things, was more so thinking of a laptop type option which I can connect into the car when I need to.

Cheers,

Shaun

Anything?

Ecutek deltadash is an option I suppose, but what else.
Deltadash seems a bit overkill for what I'm after.
