Rough, Notchy Gearchanges from cold???
As above really, gear changes have become increasing un-smooth, and sometimes tricky to get in gear, mainly when the car's cold?? any ideas?

would be a relief if it is something like that, is it something i could do myself? how much would the oil be(ish) ?
