ihave had to sign on with a new name as ive forgot my password and every time i ask for it to be sent to my email i get nothing so i cant get back on.
any administrators on line?

Have you changed your email address? Is it a tiscali account?

You will need to e-mail webmaster@scoobynet.co.uk from the e-mail address that your account has been registered with, and ask Webmaster to remove the www. from the start of your mail address. This is why you have not recieved any e-mails from ScoobyNet because the e-mail address is incorrect.

Hi Ian i have done that and got a reply from shaun .....Unfortunately we are only able to verify this by you requesting via the "Feedback" portal on Scoobynet. For security reasons this is the only way we can verify the information.

How do i do that ?
