On back of my new Chamois:
"After use rinse in lukewarm water. Do not use harse detergents or washing soda.
Do not use this in hot water"
So i guess not - it shouldn't get dirty tho as it should only be takin clean water off car. Unless you've been missing bits and wipin them off with the chamois
