Default Legacy Sports Tourer 2.5SE What's it like ?

Hi, my Impreza 4dr is really not big enough for me now and I am thinking of upgrading to the above. I have yet to test drive but would be interested in other peoples views / experiences. Will I miss the power / handling etc etc.

Skip the 2.5, and buy a GTB.

Power n handling, but with more room

I previously ran 2 bugeyes (WRX and STi), both well played with

I brought the Leggy 2.5SE Tourer and have been very impressed with it.
Handling, ride quality, build are all very good. SE spec has just about everything, leather, climate, cruise, moon roof, CD, alloys, alarm.

I've done 25,000 miles in 6 months and it hasn't skipped a beat, plus I get 34mpg

Mine's an auto, it's not quick, but no slouch either, the v6 is very juicy and the 2.0 gutless. No turbo option for the foreseeable future as that engine doesn't meet type approval apparently.

Go for a test drive, plus you get 3 years free servicing at the min.

Thanks everyone, I have actually borrowed my dealers demo 2.5 SE today to try for a couple of days. So far I am very impressed. A completely different car to the Impreza obviously, but definately a Subaru.

Will update tommorrow after I have taken it for a good drive !
