Thinking about buying a MY98 5 door here in Switzerland and bringing back to UK.
LHD obviously but < 10,000 pounds !!
Anyone done this already ?
any pitfalls ?
Is this a good price for a Nov 97, 98 spec, lovely cond with 50,000 on clock - reddish blue. Std apart from Remus exhaust.

By the time you pay any import duties and VAT, it may work out more expensive than a UK car already in the country, then you have the hassle of inflated insurance preiums for LHD cars, and a much lower resale/trade in value when you come to sell.
There is a 5 door R reg advertised in my local paper for £13,000 ono for example!
