And, what do you think its worth with such low mileage?

I've an MY02 STI(the prodrive style one) bought in April 02 and its got 23K.
Its also got the PPP fitted, and lets just say that if I wanted to change, i'd get (in my opinion) shafted!

Dealer offering 18K for it

Now **** me, but thats pissed me right off to say the least

im looking into getting the car to 350 ish bhp 350 ish lbsft I don't want to go mental on it (hawk prays to god he keeps that promise) that would give me a real fun car which has low mileage then when I sell it in 2 years get something else.

The cars deffo going before it's 5 years old and it's taken the big hit on depreciation so why give someone else a low mileage "cheap" v.nice scoob keep it for myself and spend a couple of thousand modding it for fun.

all IMHO of course

Bought mine (MY01 WRX - registered in May I think so about 3 years 3 months old) 2 years ago with approx 5K miles on the clock.

Just approaching 17K now I think

I'm sure it is, and the dealer is a friend of the family etc.

But I explained a few thing to him, like it being the prodrive style meant it was 27.5K, then the PPP = 2K?

But he did ring some UK folks whilst I was with him, and you should have heard some of the quotes they gave, 14K, 15K etc.

I just laughed and said **** it, I'd set fire to it first.

I do blame it mostly in the launch of the WR1 etc, but anyway..........

Marc,

The MY02 UK STI have two basic variants. the "Normal STI" and the "Prodrive Style STI".
No performance advantage with the prodrive one, only cosmetic. - Different front bumper, rear spoiler, big wide side skirts and blue dials.

Shaun,

£18k is a fantastic trade in price when you consider that MY03 STi PPP's can be got for under £20k now.

Gadget Daz recently sold his £52,000 STi7 for a little over £22k IIRC.

Back on topic, IIRC, Misty's MY00 UK Turbo has 11,000 miles.

My 03 STI is a year old today and has done 6700 miles. Quite low mileage considering that the first 1000 miles was done in three weeks. My previous Impreza MY99 did about 55k miles in 4 years.

So you only did 88 miles since the car was registered in 2002?

Whats that all about?

Do you live on an island which is 1 mile in diameter?
