Default Paintshield

As any body had Paintshield applied to their pride and joy.
I saw it on their demonstrator and it seems quite good, the brochure reads well also.
I was quoted £350 ish for the full frontal kit for a WR1
Any info greatly appreciated.

does any body know what I'm talking about. Its like a "cling film" coating that goes over the front of the car, the bits that get hammered with stone chips

Give me a call anytime and I run through it with you.

We're finishing a new page on the website about it and will be doing a group buy soon.

Chased a F575 up a long straight hill road out of cheltenham, a combination of Ego and stupidity meant I stuck right behind him. You could see a cloud of dust and grit coming off his rear tyres and there was plenty of "ting" noises from the front of car. Not a mark when we pulled over to check.

When we did the Autocar feature I had to chase a Gallardo across Welsh hill roads and again no stone chips at all!

All of my demostrators have need some kind of attention to the front in the past but this has stop that expense. There is a £750 warranty on the product should you get a chip where the film is fitted.

Great stuff

Iain

Scotglass [Aberdeenshire] are the local dealers for it, they said about £350. It sounds alot but if it does its job it might be worth it.
The STI7 I just traded in had 11500 miles on it and the front needed a respray due to stone chip damage.
