Help needed, dont want to sell my 00 Turbo but it looks like my new job will be based in Preston and I dont want to sell up in Crawley so I will get a flat and come home at weekends.

Problem is that I will be doing upwards of 2000 miles per month so.....what other car do I get?

I will be able to go up to say about 15K and the car must do around 35/40 MPG min - I was thinking maybe a new Focus TDCI or Seat Cupra TDi or Vauxhall something.

Resale not a problem as I expect to just keep running it for 150000 or 5 years.

Long Service intervals would be good to.

I have thought of a BMW diesel/Audi diesel but it would start ownership as a high miler which I would prefer not.

Another Scooby would be good but I think not...

Any ideas lads?
