Big Freeze on the way

Britain is set to plunge into freezing temperatures with heavy snow showers next week, forecasters have warned.

The cold snap will begin on Sunday in Scotland and is expected to spread southwards, bringing snowfall to parts of England and Wales by Wednesday. Severe wintry weather could bring widespread chaos on roads, railways and airports across the country.

It will come as a shock to many of us who have enjoyed a mild winter. Showers are expected to turn into snow in Scotland on Sunday, spreading into England by Monday.

By Tuesday, there will be a risk of heavy snow almost everywhere across Britain. But temperatures are likely to drop even further on Wednesday with a cold blast from the Arctic - falling well below zero degrees Celsius in Scotland.

Heavy snow showers are most likely to be seen in Scotland and north-east England on Wednesday.

It is a year since it last snowed heavily, bringing traffic chaos across the country.

Yeah fun times are ahead but please make sure you do it in a safe place and well away from bit obstacles as these Imprezas arent cheap to repair and we dont need somebody else having an insurance claim bumping ours up. LOL
