Did I hear right when that cop said 70% of accidents in his patch were down to excess speed?

And that car that the girl died in, must have been a 20 year old Datsun or somehting, hardly a glamorous maxed street racing car.

All the accidents bar the copper one where in foriegn countrys and that girl died because she was hit by someone comin the othere way
