i was driving my scooby wrx today night so i was driving on a dual carriage way as soon as i got of the carriage way i saw cars pulling to a side i dident no why at the time so i over took am i looked at my rear view and i saw a car right up my cars **** so i thought it was a boy racer so i foot down it and i was doing a bout 50mph i looked in my rear view i had left a ploice car it had its flashing lights on so i pulled over and the copper looked as he passed me by pissed of i want to no could i get ****ed for it or will i get a way it was just a normal cop car anyway but i dont no if i had a camera on it car dose any body have a clue am i safe or not.

 

What speed limit were you in doing 50?

 

it was a 30mph road and i dident no iwas racing a cop car i dident even hear it sirence because i had loud music on what do you think am i safe or not.

 

I'm sure that if you were gonna get nailed for it, they would have stopped you there and then

no i think they were on an emergency call out thats why they were in a hurry i dont no what to do i think iwill just have to wait and seen if i grt any thing in the post by the way how long dose it take before i shoud hear any thing from the police if i have got nailed because i am just 19 years old and i am not insured on the car it my older brothers subaru impreza wrx.

 

having deciphered what you have written, I'm assuming a normal plod mobile came up behind you, you booted it upto 50mph in a 30mph zone before realising the police car had its lights flashing and its siren going because you were banging out some loud tunes....

Given that he didn't stop you there and then and lecture you I'd assume you'll get away with it, unless of course he managed to
take your number, in which case he might pop round for a chat

no iam serious about this my brother lets me drive it around local but he said i get pulled just give his details and then he will sort the rest out ijust want to no if i am getting nailed how long before i hear any thing from the police i want to grab hold of the letter before my brother dose and i dont no if they got my number plate.

You stoooopid Mo Fo, you should'nt be on the road with no insurance, I don't care if you were just nipping out or what, an impreza is a dangerous bit of kit in the wrong hands & can cause accidents easily for the young & inexperianced... and guess what your not covered to pay out when you wipe out a load of people, I doubt you have the cash to cover any claims.. uninsured drivers feckin idiots, I hope you get caught & get what you deserve, racing police car eh!........

If you write someones car off/injure someone etc giving your brothers name will not cut any ice,i would either get insured for it or stop driving ,you'll just have to wait and see if the police come to see you as everthing we say is just speculation,but i would take this episode as a warning from 'up above' driving without ins. is not clever.[lecture over]

 

come on lads you no as well in you hade a younger brother who has passed his driving test you will let drive it around local even if he isent insured or you will even let your friend drive it with out him being insured be honest lads.
