Hi all,

Must say great forums, anyway im 20 years old and im just wondering what kind of price im looking at to own a Subaru Impreza, not the bug eyed one the older version, is there anyway my age who owns one? I love Subaru Impreza's, my mate owns one and lets me take it for a blast round the welsh country sides now and then. If anyone could answer my question i would be much greatful.

Thanks all

Why don't you try looking at the Insurance forum?

The sort of premium you'd expect to pay depends entirely on where you live, what sort of driving record and no claims discount you have, and whether you're talking about UK/import, turbocharged or normally aspirated, etc. etc. etc.

There are a few people around your age running turbocharged Imprezas, but as Marc says you will pay through the nose to insure one.

If that doesn't suit you, get a Sport or similar. Same chassis, very similar handling and better fuel economy, just not so much go when you press your right foot down.

Try A-Plan 01256 355641 for a UK car
0845 071 1234 for an import

Honest advice for you if you're serious is start with a UK Car. Imports carry a premium for old gits like me...... Daren't think what you'll be paying

Best of luck
