The final drive ratio isn't touched on any PPP, no.
In most cases there will be a subtle improvement in ultimate velocity attainable due to increased torque and power. The speed limiter on the later ECU's is raised a few kph too.

surely if bhp and torque are raised tho itll make a differance?
The only way to change the gearing is to physically swap out either the ratios themselves, or the crownwheels/pinions on the differentials (in combination with the drop gears connecting the centre diff output to the propshaft). None of the various PPP kits includes gearing modifications.
As mentioned, if you have more power and torque, the engine should be better able to overcome the mechanical friction and aerodynamic drag that accumulate as road speed rises. Thus, the engine will be able to rev slightly higher and the car consequently travel slightly faster on the same overall gearing.

I think for the STI 7/8, top speed rises from 148 to 155. I believe the it's is geared to about 170, but the speed is limited to 155.
