I'm back in West Wales most weekends, and there are a shed load of scoobys there driving around.

I am only aware of one driver who uses this BBS on a regular basis and is a member of the SIDC club. ( no jokes please about the net not reaching the remote parts of the UK !!! )

Do any of you lurk here on the BBS without posting??

I would like to arrange a convoy down to Pembrey for the Sunday meeting and track day next month, so if anyone reads this please drop me a mail so I can arrange something.

I am thinking of doing a flyer to promote the BBS and the club to give out to those drivers unaware, do you guys think this is a good idea? Would I break any club rules by doing this??

The Clubman weekend is on the 20th and 21st May.

I think there are still some places left for the Treasure Hunt on the Saturday and the Trackday on the Sunday. Check the Events topic for more details. Peter Croney from Scoobysport is arranging the event.

I am planning going down to spectate on the Sunday 21st, as I cannot make the Saturday event. Maybee we can meet up someplace beforehand?

I would love to take the car on the Track, but money is a bit short at the moment !!

My mate Andrew will also be bringing his MY99 UK Turbo, Dark Blue with gold alloys and WRC type spoiler.

I'l also try and round up some more cars over the next few weeks.

Not sure of the times yet, i'll know closer to date.

Just to update:-

We're leaving Llandysul at 9:30 am from the main car park, then via Carmarthen at around 9:50-55 then onto Pembrey. Hopefully a few cars will turn up for the convoy!!!

Had a phone call from SIDC Events about a fortnight ago saying that owing to the lack of participants the Clubman Weekend 20th/21st May has been cancelled.

We were booked for the whole weekend and really looking forward to the package especially meeting the Welsh Bunch!

Our plan was to go from Pontypridd (base) on Thursday PM, stay at St Davids and convoy up with some Scooby Friends in Fishguard on Saturday.

We're still down West for this weekend (but now from Friday PM) so if you fancy meeting up.................
