As a rough guide (may have missed something) you are looking at :

1) 17.5% Vat
2) 10% Car import duty
3) Shipping costs
4) SVA test use to be about £200 may have gone up this also requires the fitting at extra cost of :
a) Rear fog light
b) Fuel nozzle restrictor
c) Speedo conversion from kph to mph
d) plus anything else/repairs to pass SVA
5) £25 for first reg
6) Tax disk £160 ??
7) Insurance - a lot

I have never imported one personally but seen a few threads discussing it.

edited to sayt I think the sva is only applicable to cars under 3 years old but you wioll still need an mot and still need to do the mods to get an mot afaik.
