Does anyone know how to import a car from japan ie a subaru .
I have been thinking of doing this for some time now but don't have a bloody clue how to go about it .

Do any of u know of a garage that would do this for me .

Do any of u know how i would go about doing this by myself .

If you do it yourself you can obviously cut out the middlemen and save money but you'd either need to get yourself out to Japan and get access to the auctions or you'd need to deal with someone out in Japan. Alternatively speak to someone like Pete or Andy at JVS in Loanhead nr Edinburgh - sourced me a nice WRX matching my requirements and plenty others seem to have positive opinions of the cars that they supply. Obviously they make profit from sourcing the car but then they do all the work for you and they know the score with the cars and the Japanese auctions so it's simpler and safer. Your choice !
