Ok guys - a friend has the chance to get either a STi Type R version 3 or a version 4 (both 1997, either 50k miles or 60k miles).

What's the difference between the two versions and which would be your choice?

Thanks

Version 4 every time.

Better interior/equipment.

22b is based on the Version 4 me thinks too.

Arguably the quickest version aswell (although i would say the version 5!).

thanks for the input - tried the SIDC "faq" already, but not enough specific info on the two versions...

Anyone else out there got one?
