just wondering on my log book for my scoob its classed as a 94 but when ive come to look up my vin and other details on the net the my is 95 , wondering if i order parts for my car do i order 95 bits or 94

MY is confusing as it the model year not actual year. Subaru run their Model year from october to september IIRC. This means an My95 maybe from October 1994 until september 1995. On your V5 it may well be a 1994 but an MY95. If you are lucky you may find a date on a little white tag on the driver seatbelt at the bottom. I guess this was when either the seatbelt was made or installed. Either way it gives you a rough idea on the build date.
