Unhappy

Aaaaaarggh! I have a never ending list of stuff I want to do to my car, and every time it goes near a garage I spend so much, I have to blag the wife (did I say blag, I mean be economical with the actualities). It's a disease I tells, ya and I never had it when I had the pleasure (?) of owning a Rover Coupe Turbo; king of wet weather wheelspin (and blowing up).

Anyway, what I want to know is this: If I work towards my in-head figure of 350 BHP and requisite goodies, how radical will this make the car (I like quite radical) for everyday life and more importantly, does this sort of stuff make insurage go completely bok? Opinions and sympathy for my wallet gratefully received.

PS Oooh err, I've been having so much fun since the last lot of mods that it now needs a new ****ing clutch! One of the guys at Powerstation deliberately mentioned lovely lightened flywheels. I'm off for a lie down.
