whats the spec of a UK scooby turbo?
as in BHP, 0-60, top speed?

everywhere i look its either a Jap or US version
on top of that the figures are always different.
can we all agree on some figures here?

and on top of that when did the WRX/STI versions get introduced to the UK?
is there a vast difference between the 2.0 turbo and the WRX/STI

my 280bhp uk turbo gets me to 60 in 4.5 sec

standard is 215bhp (my99/00) 5.4sec (although seen the 0-60 time vary from 5.0 to 5.9 depending on reviews)
