Hi,

On the MY02 and classic the aerial is bolted on to the pillar at the front of the driver's door.

Can't see where it is on the MY03? Is it now internal?

I believe it is integrated into the rear windscreen.

At the top of the rear screen, and I blieve there's a signal amp somewhere under the rear shelf.

On the MY02+ the ariel is, as Josh says, contained in the rear screen.

On the MY01 and classic it was in the driver's door pillar.

Yep, my 02 WRX's got it in the rear screen (runs up the middle). Works really well!
