Where Do All The Orange Wedges Go?

There seems to be a ready supply of MY99/00 bumpers but no wedges for them. Surely there should be around twice as many wedges as bumpers? 
Yet neither of the specialist breakers i have been on the phone to have them (i got my bumper from one of them...
) and there seems to be a shortage throughout the board, see Wanted. 
Just wondering, is someone hoarding them all? Is there an Orange Wedge Fairy?
Seeing as they're £13 odd + VAT from Subaru has anyone considered mass producing them in fibre glass and selling them?
By the way, mail me as per profile if you have any! Maybe this could become a rolling list?
