Windsreen replacement

Had a screen crack in my new WRX after 2 weeks!
Replacement screen fitted and then noticed some scratches on the outside below the mirror boss. Took it back and they agreed to replace, the next replacement not fitted as marked the same.
Next one arrives the same again. Checked the central warehouse and they tell me they found another 108 of them with same mark.
Anyway had to wait a week for the final replacement - now ok.
Apparently a whole container of them had come in from Finland badly packaged.
Just wonder how many of these defective screens have actually been fitted as replacements.
