Interested to see if anyone with a MY03 Sti is going to change their dump valve and if so, to what?

Are you talking VTA type or Re-circ ?

If VTA, then I'm not bothering as they tend to start running lumpy, hesitate, run rich etc, all for a bit of noise.

You can buy my 3 month old Forge VTA if you want one that badly.

Really trying to sound out opinion on which to go for - VTA type or Re-circ.

Exactly, and having tried an after market can't see why it needs changing.
