Just been for another test drive in a WRX and got talking about the new WRX SL model that the RAC has offered me.

Apparently, they are only making a couple of hundred of these as a test to see how the market takes it.

It is the same as the standard WRX, but adds half leather seats and a sunroof.

As the RAC have offered this to me for the same price as the standard I think I will take it, only problem is a 9 week wait

Anyone know more on this model?

Well, this afternoon I have finally ordered.

Comes with half leather, Mica paint (went for Blue in the end) and sunroof, all for £380 per month over three years fully maintained.

I spoke to the dealer earlier and he couldnt get near the price

Roll on 9 weeks....

Good price - what's the mileage on that? And is it plus VAT?

starting to worry know as i havent seen the seats in leather!!!

will they be the same sports seats, but in leather, or will they be crappy standard style but in leather???

i have searched around and cannot find anything on the net, help put my mind at ease!?!

I have spoken to a couple of dealers about the SL pack and no one can give me any straight answers on the seats. Anyone have any ideas at all? Is it worth cally Subaru head office - will they help?

Can you mail me the datail of the RAC offer you got , just looked on their website and that seems the same price as a passat ??

My dealer told me that it's about a grand and a bit extra for the SL, so a good deal!

A couple of people have now told me the seats are the same WRX seats, but trimmed in leather Nice!
