Yes, but it's only partially completed 
There's so much stuff to put into it (all the MY01 onwards cars), loads more stuff on tuning that's been developed over the past 3 -4 years etc.
It's simply trying to find the time to do the update, and make it worthwhile. It will get done, but can't promise when...
