Apologies if this has been covered before but what did people own before , is there a natural progession in cars (i expect there is in some way) , also car are looking to progress to next ?

As for me , i started off on an insurance friendly 1.4 Ibiza , then moved onto 2.0 8V Ibiza where the insurance wasnt so friendly and nearly 2 yrs on im buying an Impreza after earning a few years NCB.

Im already dreaming about the car after the subaru being an R32 , R33 Skyline.

As i have said before , aplogies if this sort of thread has been covered before. I know the "what hot hatch you had" has been but not everyone drove hot hatches.

1990 Polo 1.0l
1992 405 mi16 LM.
1997 306 Dturbo
1999 306 gti (still have as everyday car).
1998 TVR cerberra 4.2 (sold in october).
2003 WRX arriving shortly (not soon enough).

The TVR went after 6 months, as it never really went properly and Brundle TVR wrecked after doing something very silly during a service. but fortunatly they bought it from me and I got most of the money back after having 6 months of hell with it.

(i would still buy a tuscan if i could afford it).
