Does anyone know whether the Network Q RAC RAlly will be canceled due to mouth & claw disease?

I've heard these rumours here in Holland and as I am planning the trip it the moment, I'd like to know if the event is going ahead as planned before I book any hotels.

Tssk Tssk Cem In Dutch we call this thing "mouth & claw (or paw) pain", so an easy mistake to make.

How are we to know it is "foot in mouth" ?
