get the impression that IM have narked you off somewhat.
Don't take this the wrong way, but you might just want to edit your comments, might be opening floodgates for people slagging of IM which won't might not be in this bbs's best interests, if you know what i mean.
not being 'thought n word police' just don't want IM to try and sue scoobynet for disparagine remarks, etc....

i take your point markus. i dont really want to edit though. how about this.......
I.M...all the comments in my previous post are IMHO, alledgedly, hearsay blah blah blah
I.M, you are the greatest. in fact i love you. i dont blame you at all for the poor paintwork on my uk my00, or the iffy clutch, or the hesitation, or the disgraceful seat covers, or the overpriced warranty safe accessories, or the poor dealers, or the knackered clutch on the approved used my95 we bought, or the rust, or one of the seat covers we'd just had retrimmed in alcantara ruined by one of your dealers who then lied about it etc etc etc....
nah, i would be the last person to want to upset you, after all, all i did was spend £37000 with you last year
mind you all is forgiven (if indeed i had an axe to grind). after briefly owning an sti5, i now realise that subaru do indeed make fab cars, and will get another one day....oh hang on...you mean you wont service it? oh dear, you mean you want me to buy another car off you? dur....i'll think about it
all the above is my own opinion, in no way connected to scoobynet which i actually do love more than you, though not as much as one of the things we ALL love more...FREE FECKIN SPEECH!!!
markus, once again, thanks for the warning, and appreciate your good intentions, and if the moderators delete this, fair enough, i have no axe to grind against them.

Thanks for the info.
Pete, I was in the office and needed the address at the time (car was at home with the documents inside) - have you ever come across excessive corrosion in any cas you have seen?
Spudgun GTR - thanks for the advice, but I may as well give it a go!
Cheers
Peter
