hmc warranty on import cars

i'd like any advice or experience of this HMC warranty company.
They say they cover all service costs and all mechanicals,+ exhaust,brake pads etc tyres too if you want.
i asked them for a quote £1200,. for 3years.(not incl tyres)
now am i right in thinking service costs for 3 yrs on a my01wrx are about £800.
if so this seems a very good deal...no service hassle,no dealer hassle, no conference calls to IM.if the worst should happen
