Question

Now this may be a daft question, but, how do you fit 17" discs inside 17" wheels? Wouldn't they rub somewhat??

That's Japanese naming convention for the brakes. 17" means brakes which fit 17" rims (and no smaller), which translates to around a 13" rotor in European/North American verbiage. Frankly I think the small front end tweaks make the Impreza a gorgeous car. Whereas the 2001 model year looked like an awkward assembly, this one looks beautifully integrated.

Top looking car - but didn't Prodrive say the rally replica spoiler was unsuitable on a road car because it upset the balance. That was the excuse they used for putting that weird looking thing on the boot of the UK300 anyway.

If they price this car sensibly (£27-28k) they will sell loads. Over £30k and people will buy Evo's or M3's instead.
